The ACU Internship Program provides a unique professional development experience designed to give participants first-hand knowledge of the state of the American conservative movement and our efforts to grow and strengthen it. Interns are tasked with a number of responsibilities, from assisting in grassroots advocacy to helping plan and present our annual CPAC event, the nation’s largest annual gathering of conservatives.|
The Communications Intern will work with the Communications Department, assisting in daily tasks and long term projects.
EVENTS & CONFERENCES DEPARTMENT
The Events and Conferences Intern will work with the Events and Conferences Coordinator, assisting in daily tasks and long term projects.
GOVERNMENT RELATIONS DEPARTMENT
The Government Relations Intern will work in the Government Relations Department, assisting in daily tasks and long term projects.
The Operations Intern assists with a wide variety of assignments relating to the day-to-day operation of the organization, including financial, human resources, grant management and other operational aspects.
Do you like money, people, persuasive and creative communication? Then fundraising is for you! The development intern participates in a variety of fundraising activities, including direct mail, email, social media and website outreach, major donor relations, research, and grant writing.
