DENVER, CO – The American Conservative Union (ACU) had the privilege to have GOP Presidential nominee Governor Mitt Romney give a surprise apperance shortly after his sons Tagg, Craig, Josh and Matt took the stage at the Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC) in  Colorado. Governor Romney, who last night successfully debated President Obama in Denver, fired up the CPAC crowd in his unannounced remarks.

“Just a few hours after the seminal moment in this presidential election cycle at the first debate, we opened our first ever Mountain West CPAC right here in Denver, Colorado, with a stunning surprise visit by Governor Mitt Romney." said ACU Chairman Al Cardenas. "The enthusiasm and adulation was overwhelming from a crowd of over 1500 conservatives who were still energized from last night’s success."
