Taking place in Washington, D.C. each year, and now in regions across the country, CPAC educates, brings together and energizes thousands of attendees and all of the leading conservative organizations and speakers who impact conservative thought in the nation. From Presidents of the United States to college students, CPACs have become the place to find our nation’s current and future leaders and sets the conservative agenda each year.

CPAC volunteers MUST be available Thursday, September 26th at 4 p.m. through Saturday, September 28th at 10:00 p.m., so please plan to be in town by Thursday early afternoon in order to account for travel time.
We will provide your meals during this time. You are responsible for your own travel and transportation costs.

When and where is CPAC St. Louis?
CPAC St. Louis is September 28, 2013 at the St. Charles Convention Center. CPAC has a room block with a discounted room rate at the Embassy Suites St. Louis – St. Charles/Hotel & Spa, which is connected to the convention center.
Are meals included?
Meals are not included with the CPAC ticket. The Embassy Suites St. Louis – St. Charles/Hotel & Spa, located conveniently next door, has a variety of dining options available to conference attendees and guests.
What is the attire for the conference and for the banquets?
Business casual or business attire is recommended. Business attire is encouraged for the VIP Reception.
What are the registration levels?

When does registration close?
Online and mail-in registration is available through 5:00 PM EST on Monday, September 23, 2013. After that date, onsite registration is available and begins Saturday, September 28, 2013.
Can I pay by check or money order?
Yes, print, complete and mail in the registration form so that it arrives by Monday, September 23, 2013 for guaranteed processing. Checks should be made payable to CPAC St. Louis. Click here to download the mail-in form. CPAC is not responsible for lost registration forms.
Will my tickets be mailed to me?
No, tickets and other registration materials will be available at CPAC St. Louis check-in beginning Saturday, September 28, 2013 at the St. Charles Convention Center.
What is the refund policy if I registered but can no longer attend?
A 100% refund will be extended through Wednesday, August 20, 2013. A 50% refund will be issued between August 20 and September 23, 2013. Refunds will not be extended after September 23, 2013.
How do I know if I’m registered?
If you registered online, you should have received a confirmation email to the email address you provided. If you did not or have additional questions, please call (202) 347-9388 or e-mail cpac@conservative.org.
I registered, but I was charged more than once. How do I get a refund?
This happens when a person hits submit more than once, or enters the wrong address the first time and then enters the correct address the second time. You must enter the billing address associated with the credit card you are using. Our secure online service usually corrects this quickly with your bank. If it is not corrected after five business days, please call us at (202) 347-9388.

Are discounted rooms available at the Embassy Suites St. Louis – St. Charles/Hotel & Spa?
Yes, for more information, click here. The Embassy Suites reservation line is 636-946-5544. You must mention CPAC before reserving your room in order to receive the discount. Attendees are responsible for making their own hotel and travel arrangements.
What restaurants are in the area?
There are several restaurants in the area. There are two restaurants located within the Embassy Suites:
Caffeina’s Marketplace (7am-10pm)
Cyprus Grill (11am-10pm)
Cracker Barrel is located across the street from the convention center.
When will the agenda be posted?
The full schedule will be posted on this website 2-3 weeks before the conference begins and updated daily.
