Francis Finnegan serves as a Government Affairs Associate in the department of Government Affairs. As a Government Affairs Associate, he researches and studies legislation to evaluate whether or not it adheres to conservative principles. He also oversees a majority of the administrative and managerial duties for the American Conservative Union Foundation’s State Ratings Program.
Originally from San Francisco, he attended the University of Portland and received a B.A. in Drama and B.A. in Philosophy. He then moved to Washington D.C. to complete a M.A. in Philosophy and Social Policy at American University. While at American University, he received an internship at the ACU in 2014 and has been there since.
