WASHINGTON, D.C. – The American Conservative Union (ACU) today announced a number of young conservatives — including nine rising elected leaders from across the United States as well as Saratoga Springs, UT, Mayor Mia Love, and U.S. Representative Sean Duffy and Rachel Campos-Duffy — who will address CPAC 2013, the 40th annual Conservative Political Action Conference. America’s largest gathering of conservative leaders and activists will be held Thursday, March 14 – Saturday, March 16, 2013.
“We are thrilled to welcome these young elected leaders to the CPAC stage, as they represent the bright future of the conservative movement,” said ACU Chairman Al Cardenas. “In honor of our 40th anniversary, we are highlighting a series of young leaders who were born around the time or after the first CPAC was held. CPAC has always welcomed and educated young conservatives, but this year in particular we are focused on ensuring young conservatives have the tools they need to succeed.”
