New Challenges, Timeless Principles
WASHINGTON, D.C. – The American Conservative Union (ACU) today announced a featured panel entitled “Is There a Conservative Position on Immigration Reform?” at the 2013 regional Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC) in St. Louis, Missouri on Saturday, Sept. 28, 2013. The panel will take place at 2:15 p.m.“Conservatives support immigration reform which spurs economic growth, protects families, promotes patriotic assimilation of immigrants and secures our borders,” said ACU Chairman Al Cardenas. “But, we have seen that unless Congress acts, President Obama will continue to rule by executive fiat and make our dysfunctional system worse. We look forward to hearing these speaker’s varied opinions at CPAC St. Louis on how to best approach immigration reform from a conservative perspective.”
