Tish Leonard is the Finance Director of the American Conservative Union. From 1986 to 1992, she was the Director of ACU’s Conservative Political Action Conference.

Mrs. Leonard has served as Executive Director of the Glass Ceiling Commission in the Department of Labor during the administration of President George H.W. Bush. Before that, she served in the Reagan Administration as Special Assistant to Secretary of Commerce Malcolm Baldrige; Director of the Department’s Secretariat; Director of Cabinet Liaison for the Reagan/Bush 1984 campaign; Deputy Political Director for George H.W. Bush’s 1980 presidential campaign; Public Affairs Officer in the Council on Environmental Quality; and Staff Assistant to Vice President Spiro Agnew.

Mrs. Leonard received a B.A. in Business from Dunbarton College of Holy Cross.
