ACU Internship Program (Fall 2008)

The American Conservative Union is one of the largest and oldest conservative grassroots lobbying organizations.

The application deadline for the Fall 2008 ACU Internship is August 1, 2008. 

We are seeking interns, preferably college juniors and seniors, who adhere to conservative ideals. Interns will supplement the office staff with a variety of administrative duties and special projects.

Responsibilities:

• Direct Mailing (Fundraising/Development)
• Computer and Data Processing      
• Research and Administrative Tasks
• Special Projects and Assignments  
• Preparation for the 2009 Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC)

Details:

• Positions are currently available for the Fall of 2008 and Spring of 2009.
  
  
• The Fall 2008 internship will begin in late August and conclude in early December, dates are flexible with the applicant’s schedule. 
  
  
• The internship is a full-time commitment but hours will be flexible in regard to the applicant’s academic schedule.
  
  
• Interns will be compensated with a small weekly stipend.
